Comfort Club Agreement

Your Comfort Club membership will have an initial 12-month term. You may choose to pay for your membership through monthly payments or by paying the entire membership amount up front.

By signing below, I authorize Maryland Heating & Air to convert my existing Comfort Club membership to my selected payment option.

I understand that my applicable Comfort Club payment will be based on the equipment and number of systems currently covered under my existing membership, using the Comfort Club Monthly Rate Schedule shown above.

I authorize Maryland Heating & Air to process my selected payment option using my authorized payment method.

After the initial 12-month term, my Comfort Club membership will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

If you cancel during the initial 12-month term after receiving a maintenance visit, repair discount, waived fee, or other membership benefit, you may be responsible for the lesser of:

The unpaid monthly installments remaining in the initial term; or
The regular retail value of benefits already received, minus membership payments already made.

Required Agreements

I authorize Maryland Heating & Air to process my selected payment option using my authorized payment method.

I understand that after the initial 12-month term, my Comfort Club membership will automatically continue to renew unless I cancel in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
