Billy came into my home when I had a broken AC unit. He was able to replace the filter, add refrigerant and did good work on the job. Perfect, job done by Billy.
This was my first experience with Maryland Heating and Air, and it was a positive one. Technician Trent Z. came out to perform preventive maintenance on my residential HVAC system. Trent was quite thorough and professional. While going over the heating and cooling functions, he provided pointers on how my system was holding up and a few things to keep in mind. I very much appreciated his comprehensive approach and explanation of what he was analyzing, why, and what the consequences were if things were not up to standard. The systems were found to be in good operating order. I was looking for a new HVAC service contractor; I found one!
Another perfect experience (4 total experiences to be exact!) with MD Heating and Air. Trent came out yesterday to replace a thermostat in my rental unit. He also checked the a/c unit for any potential problems down the road (and fix them now). I’ve used MDH&A for my own home as well as a rental. They are honest, fair, and do thorough quality work. I will continue to call them for all my HVAC needs.
I have only received exceptional service from Maryland Heating and Air. They are prompt, professional, and courteous. They are flexible and explain everything to you clearly. I recommend them to anyone having HVAC issues. -Imani (Severn)
My wife and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Jeff was extremely informative during the initial appointment and was always available to answer our questions! The day of the installation couldn’t have gone better! Arrived on time, worked the entire day, cleaned up and our new system is fantastic! Galbert and Chris were awesome. Would highly recommend!
The team began the work on time, and finished the job in a timely fashion as well.. they are affordable, friendly and professional..I’m very glad that I chose Maryland heating and air to replace my hvac system … Great job!!

I needed to replace my AC, Furnace and Hot Water heater due to a malfunctioning 24 year old AC unit. I decided to upgrade everything since the furnace was 24 years old also, so I went to all High Efficiency units. After receiving 5 estimates, I finally settled on Maryland Heating and Air.
Why? When the owner arrived to do the estimate, he was nothing but professional but more important, very detailed about what would need to be accomplished to install a High Efficiency unit. He always asked me if it would be alright if they had to do anything that may affect my property differently concerning the installation. Other company’s would come and tell me what they had to do to my house if they were hired and not really explain why. I didn’t like that. The owner was honest concerning any questions I had about the reputation of the unit being installed and promptly answered any questions I had during the week as I was trying to decide on which company to use. I did research the unit myself also.
This company’s services were not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but very reasonable. I chose them because of all the things I have said in the previous paragraph.
Finally the installers arrived on the installation day and completed all work as was explained to me. The installation work work was completed within the specified time previously discussed and their work was exceptional. In fact, I have had plumbers, electricians and movers in the home since the installation and they all have complimented the work done on the new units. To end this conversation, I would say that I honestly would use this company again and am completely satisfied with their work.

I called late on a Saturday and my technician was there by early Sunday morning to look at my furnace. He was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. The situation with my heating was more than anticipated. The house has old radiators and pipes. When he arrived there was no heat other than in my basement. I now have heat throughout the house. I’m so grateful to Maryland Heating and Air and, in particular, to my technician, Chris.

This company is outstanding. They have been maintaining and providing parts for the coast guard station in Annapolis for quite a while now. They have been able to facilitate a great technician to come out the very next day to get the station heat working for the duty crew to be comfortable while standing a 24 hour watch responding to Search and Rescue. Chris the owner is a great guy and does his very best everyday to accommodate us. Definitely recommend this company!

My boiler went up it was a dinosaur. Made a call to Maryland heating and air. Brian came next day made me feel comfortable with his knowledge and customer service skills. Went above and beyond his call of service . Replaced little things I would’ve never even thought about. The price was perfect and the boiler paid for itself. I’m now burning less oil and that’s a WIN for me. I strongly recommend Maryland Heating and Air.

I called Maryland Heating & Air when my furnace failed early Saturday morning and the repairman arrived at my house, on time, and with the most professional attitude. They quickly completed the repairs and had my house warm again by the time the game started.
These guys came through for us in a big way! Our home warranty company left us in a bind (side note – do not use 2-10 home warranty) and after several days without heat due to the home warranty company fumbling the ball, we needed heat fast. Chris came and not only gave us a quote, but worked with his bosses to get us a full boiler and water heater faster than anyone else. They also price matched for us. I want to give a big shout out to Dan (“the man”), Dave, and Jason for giving up their Saturday to give us heat before the next arctic blast came in. Its amazing what having heat can do for you and your family’s well-being. Thanks guys for making this work! We all sincerely appreciate it and would recommend you to anyone needing a quality HVAC company.
I had a wonderful experience with Maryland Heating and Air . The Technician with professional , punctual and very knowledgeable about the issues we were having with our heater . He was able to fix the problem in a very small amount of time and give us pointers on how to troubleshoot in the future . Great Job Maryland Heating and Air . Exceptional job most of all to the Technician that was a assigned to the job. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends .
