We're switching from annual renewals to convenient monthly automatic payments. You'll continue receiving the same Comfort Club benefits, but you’ll no longer need to make one annual payment or renew your membership by phone each year.

By signing below, I authorize Maryland Heating & Air to convert my existing Comfort Club membership to automatic monthly billing.

I understand that my monthly Comfort Club payment will be based on the equipment and number of systems currently covered under my existing membership, using the Comfort Club Monthly Rate Schedule shown above.

I authorize Maryland Heating & Air to automatically charge my authorized payment method for the applicable monthly membership amount.

After the initial 12-month term, your membership will continue month-to-month until canceled. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by providing Maryland Heating & Air with 30 days’ notice.

If you cancel during the initial 12-month term after receiving a maintenance visit, repair discount, waived fee, or other membership benefit, you may be responsible for the lesser of:

The unpaid monthly installments remaining in the initial term; or
The regular retail value of benefits already received, minus membership payments already made.

Required Agreements

I understand that my monthly payment will be determined by the equipment and systems currently covered under my membership and the monthly rates disclosed above.

I authorize Maryland Heating & Air to automatically charge my authorized payment method each month for my Comfort Club membership.

After the initial 12-month term, my membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless I cancel.

I have reviewed and agree to the Comfort Club membership, cancellation, and automatic-renewal terms provided above.
